It’s a lightweight dress with a soft crinoline, edged in lace. The sequined appliques are vintage and hand applied. Look 2 is a disco diva’s dream! A simple sequined sheath with an ultra feminine bow tie at the neck. Tie it high, or tie it low, it’s your party!
